                                                              INFORMATION/RULES

Photographers are invited to display and sell their own photographs under the following conditions:

·  A maximum of 3 works per photographer may be submitted. No single entry shall exceed 44 inches vertically or 92 inches horizontally.

·  Photographs must be suitably framed, mounted, and WIRED, ready for hanging. Works not properly prepared will not be accepted for the show.

·  Black and white, color, and computer modified photographs are eligible.

·  All work must be for sale. There is a $5.00 entry fee per photograph, limit three entries. A  30% commission on each work sold will be
  
   charged.

·  Matted prints may be displayed in a box on tables provided by EBFA. Prints may be purchased before the original photo sells. The 30%
   commission applies to each print that is sold.

·  EBFA will take reasonable steps to protect the works exhibited but photographs will not be insured and are shown at the photographer's risk.

·  We reserve the right to exclude any work we feel is inappropriate.

STUDENT PHOTOS
Two photographs per student under age 18 will be accepted with no entry fee, but subject to all the above conditions including space limitions.

PRIOR REGISTRATION - First come, first served.

Space limitations will restrict the size of the show. Therefore, as soon as an applicant has determined the size of the photographs to be entered (including the frames), he/she must call Barbara Strowger at 518-576-4769 or email Brskv704@aol.com to reserve space. First come, first served. THEN registrant must send ENTRY FORM and FEE  (payable to EBFA) to EBFA, PO Box 704, Keene Valley, NY 1943.

PHOTOS WILL BE RECEIVED:
Thursday, July 30 from 2 to 5 p.m. ONLY at Keene Central School, Market Street, Keene Valley NY. .

 

SHOW HOURS

Friday, July 31 - Opening Reception 5 to 8 p.m.   

Saturday, August 1 - 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Sunday, August 2 - 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.   
Unsold  photos and prints  must be picked up SUNDAY between 3 and 6 p.m.
